Good evening, today I have for you Mr. Reyes’ second requested last name Páez , I am glad to have been able to meet his request hoping he likes it.

Páez comes from the name Payo that is also known as patronymic last name “Payo”, used in old times in Galicia, Asturias and in Portugal, deriving in turn in the last name Páez.
It proved repeated times its nobility in Santiago’s Orders, Calatrava, Carlos III and San Juan de Jerusalem, in the Real Chancillerías of Valladolid and in the Company of Marine Guards.

Its Arms: In field of azure, a castle of gold, port and windows of gules, surrounded of nine gold roundels.
