Gloria,
Many last names have different family crests. We post the first one we find. Our process is to search the BLAZON which is the information that details the elements of a family crest so when we get a request, we research the sources we usually do until we find a blazon for a specific family crest. Then my father designs it.

I've also seen an alternate coat of arms where there are two wolves positioned symmetrically on the outside of tree...makes me wary to know why there are two?

how do you know which crest to use? There is another website that shows a different crest with a tree in the middle of what looks like a shield and a dog or horse on either side of it with red x's all around.

Ricardo,

My father has been researching and collecting family crests and genealogy data since he was 16 years old. So we do have a bog database of information on Spanish family crests. FYI, we just acquired a big collection of French family crests dating all the way back to the 1800s very impressive. Thank you for your comment. And tell your friends. Continue the tradition.
