Molinar. Basque name of San Miguel de Zaya, judicial district of Balmaseda (Vizcaya). Their arms: Azure, a silver tower, cleared of sable, and with seven lilies, a chief and three on each side ; bordure vert, outlined in silver, gold with eight saltires.
